Access to the course is granted upon successful payment.
You are responsible for:

Access to the course is granted to the purchaser only and may not be transferred, shared, or sublicensed to any third party.
5. Payment Terms
The course is sold as a one-time payment unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be displayed in EUR, USD, or CZK depending on the customer’s geographic location. The applicable currency and total price will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Any currency conversion fees or bank charges applied by the customer’s payment provider are the responsibility of the customer.
All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe or similar). The Provider does not store full payment card details.
Prices may include or exclude applicable VAT or sales taxes depending on the customer’s country of residence and applicable tax regulations.
The website and digital products are intended for adults (18+). Purchases must be made by a legally competent adult.
The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases. Such changes do not affect completed purchases.
The Provider shall not be liable for temporary technical interruptions caused by third-party payment processors beyond the Provider’s reasonable control; however, reasonable assistance will be provided in resolving payment-related issues.
6. Right of Withdrawal (all consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

By purchasing and accessing digital content immediately after payment, you expressly consent to:
- Immediate delivery of digital content, and
- Acknowledgment that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins.
This consent is required under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you provide your explicit consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
If you do not wish to waive your withdrawal right, please do not access the course content.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate refund guarantee, all sales are final once digital access has been granted and the withdrawal right has been waived.
Any voluntary refund guarantees offered on the sales page form part of the contract and will be honored as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
The educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Skill level
- Learning speed
- Personal success
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability for damages caused by negligence shall be limited to the amount paid for the course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law (including liability for willful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights).
9. Technical Availability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms.
The version applicable to you is the one in force at the time of purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
